How the Process Works 

1. Fill out a Pre-session worksheet so I can learn more about your strengths, your weaknesses, and what you hope to gain from coaching.

2. We have a 50-minute coaching session via video chat or phone to work through a specific problem you’re struggling with right now. My goal is to help you see the problem from a new perspective and give you tools and tactics to approach the next steps.

3. I send you a post-session recap that includes notes and next steps based on what we’ve discussed in your call.

4. You receive email support for 7 days after your session to answer any follow-up questions or challenges that pop up as you start to implement your plan.
