THE CHALLENGE
Despite growing into a multibillion-dollar brand in just four years, Amazon Business was experiencing low awareness within the B2B procurement landscape. We were responsible for repositioning the brand and making it stand out in the crowded B2B procurement space.
OVERARCHING BRAND CONCEPT
The overarching visual and verbal brand expression features portraits of business leaders backed by motion lines conveying constant forward momentum. This is underscored with headlines pointing towards customer success.
BRAND CAMPAIGN CREATIVE
We developed social and display toolkits and guidelines to help the in-house teams to scale the brand consistently
LEAD GEN WEBSITE DESIGN
We developed site flows guiding decision-makers across the buying journey starting with UX design and then UI design.
SALES ENABLEMENT TOOLS
In preparation for the annual sales and marketing kick-off event, we rapidly developed high value sales enablement content including core and vertical pitch decks.
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
We brought forward the voice of the customer through the development of a Customer Success stories delivered through blog posts on the site and video assets.
THE RESULTS
We reimagined all aspects of the Amazon Business brand, from the tagline, to visual identity and iconography, to photography and illustrations. After completing the digital brand launch campaign creative we developed a brand portal enabling the growing in-house Amazon Business creative team to confidently build on the foundational brand strategy and expression.
MY ROLE
As the associate creative lead on the project, I oversaw the interactive design, art direction and copy as we brought this project to life, including developing the brand campaign creative, lead gen website, sales enablement tools, and customer testimonial video.
